Enjoy using the posted images from this blog, ekduncan.com or my EveyD.deviantart.com account; but please note that the altered images and especially the EKDuncan digital "scenes"
are my artistic creations and are not to be "harvested" and sold by others.
(Please be courteous - of the time and resources I've invested in making these available for your pleasure and use, by refraining from selling the images or claiming them as your creations.)

Feel free to use the images to create personal projects or handmade items for re-sale.

I ask that if you are selling digital artwork you have created where EKDuncan images are used:  that the EKDuncan images are well incorporated into the design you have created and that where ever you list that completed artwork item for sale, you place an information tag identifying EKDuncan images in the artwork as having come from www.EKDuncan.com.

Please Note:
The "My Fanciful Muse" aka EKDuncan images themselves are NOT to sold
this includes the creation of collage sheets or "do it yourself" projects or kits
comprised of individual, original format EKDuncan images.
EKDuncan images are not to be used in mass produced or major commercial projects for profit.

My Fanciful Muse likes to share and does not mind you re-posting the images on your blog or website; however, I would appreciate a link back to me should you post a creation using any of my images or if you choose to share one of my images on your own site with others.
I also ask that you do not remove the "My Fanciful Muse" and/or EKDuncan signature
from any of my images you choose to share on your own site.
(basically - if you are not using the image in altered artwork and are just sharing/ re-posting the image in its original format, leave the identifying information I've placed on the image intact).
Please be nice so my Muse does not feel snubbed and looses interest in posting pretty images.

Many thanks,
Evelyn & My Muse

PS - On occasion I share images that come from other sources and do my best to provided artist credit and a link to them whenever possible. Should you use an image I've re-posted from another source, than please follow the Terms of Use from that image's creator/owner and give credit to the image's originator.

  1. I just wanted to say that I "borrowed" (and credited) your beautiful holiday card, and I have found so much use for the isolated images you provide. Just felt like I wanted to send you an extra "hello" and "thank you" this holiday season. I do love your work.

  4. Hello Evelyn,

My name's Julie and I'm a Multimedia Artist.

I used one of your theater graphics for my video mapping projection show on Voltaire's theater for the Fête de Voltaire in Ferney-Voltaire, France this June (I was one of the an artist in residence there).

If interested, clicking on the link below explains about my project and has links to pictures and the video:

I included a link reference to your website in video at end and in text below video.

    Thank you very much!! :-)

  5. I am using one of your images for a presentation; I had to remove the signature because it ended up not being visible on the background and just looked weird, but I did add a citation at the end of the presentation! I hope that's alright.

I just wanted to say thank you, and to compliment you on how beautiful your art is! I am also very grateful that the images are transparent - I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find an example of 1780s fashion that was transparent.

    Thank you again!
    Sabrina

    1. Hey Sabrina - I'm glad the image worked for your presentation. It's fine to remove the "signature" line when using the image. The signature line is there since many people do not use the images but simply re-post them on their websites for others to use.

Thanks for all the kind words, I'm glad you found it of use.

      Best Wishes,
      Evelyn
